The word lust has a second meaning that is a little less well known other than as a limitless passion for something; we stuck with that definition.
As restaurant, our proposal, since we were born two years ago now is none other than the ambition to offer the best Mexican cutting-edge cuisine and only the best produce.As we are truly passionate about offering the best Mexican food, our culinary concept is constantly evolving.
This season, the chileatoles scallops marinated in orange, lemon and lime and cooked with x’nipek and jalapeno peppers from our organic garden are an example of our innovative spirit.As so are the boletus edulis quesadillas with miltomate sauce, a dish that breathes an air of autumn.
The new website better reflects our work: the menu, about us, how we work and the prime produce that is our hallmark.Whilst also explaining how we treat our corn by hand, how we grow peppers, tomatoes and herbs native to Mexico just a few kilometers from Madrid and our search for the best mezcales of Mexico.That just leaves us to toast lust, unlimited passion for cooking, good food, and Viva Mexico!
